Logged 10.44 miles on cardio yesterday. Also signed up for President's Challenge.
Plan on doing 30 minutes cardio three times per week, weights 2-3 times per week.

More people need to know about this site. It is such a motivator for me. Watching the mile pile up makes me realize I am doing more than I think.
