Thanks a million for including Bike-n-Eat Fridays on the events page! One question to fellow TMM'ers: If you think you have NO time for exercise, does it make sense to be stuck in traffic driving a monstrosity of metal, glass, and rubber on four-wheels to commute to work, the grocery store, or the the gym for the spinning class? Why not roll a bicycle, get yer exercise on the way to work? Hey, how about rolling a bike for warmup on the way to the 5K?

I Love training with the Runners World group on Saturdays, they make it fun and have run leaders for every group. Me I am in the beginer 1/2 marathon group and it is not to late to join.
