I am so happy that I can now run nine miles and still feel good at the end of it....we'll see how 13 goes before I get too happy.

It's September and I'm getting a jump start on New Years and trying to hit my goal weight by January 1st so that this New Years I don't have to have "lose weight" as my New Years resolution. Instead, it will be "Have fun trying new things!"
