My Chihuahua has done over 100 Miles with me! And she is always faster than us.

On January 14th I also entered a little contest we are having at my job some what on the lines of the biggest looser. Since then I start every morning with a 20 min. work out and spend my 30 min lunch walking.

Description:	The 19th Annual Tulsa Route 66 Regatta, hosted by the Tulsa Rowing Club and Tulsa Rowing Club Juniors, will feature teams from the 6-state region competing in 1,000-meter sprint races on the Arkansas River, beginning south of the 21st Street Bridge and finishing near the River West Festival Park. Spectators can watch a full slate of high school, college and master's crew races from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. The best place to view races is at the Tulsa Rowing Club boathouse, 2100 S. Jackson Ave., near the Reynolds' floating Amphitheatre on the Arkansas River's west bank or along the newly-completed eastside trail.
