On January 14th I also entered a little contest we are having at my job some what on the lines of the biggest looser. Since then I start every morning with a 20 min. work out and spend my 30 min lunch walking.

I am getting started late but I intend to reach my goal of loosing 60 lbs and being able to ride a good up & down 50 miles. This is a great opportunity for me. I need the motivation
